Southwest 8th Street

The house has the old Corvallis charm in a really cute neighborhood. Our neighbors are wonderful and plant tons of gorgeous flowers. The house currently has two rooms available as 2 of us graduated and are ready to move on. There’s 2 bathrooms the rooms available are both downstairs meaning a shared bathroom for 3 people (it’s not as bad as it sounds!). The house has a small fenced backyard which has worked for potty breaks for our dogs. When we want to spend time outside we have a nice big carport and huge front yard. The house is a close walk to campus (~15min) and Avery park (~10min). The larger room available has two closets and an inlet for a desk, it very comfortably fits a large bed. Downside is it is under the stairs so it can be noisy. The smaller room is much quieter but is a bit awkwardly shaped. The smaller bedroom is furnished if you want to pay a negotiated fee for the furniture or we can sell the furniture prior to your move in date. There is 4 parking spots meaning only one person needs to park on the street at a time (which is nice because the street parking isn’t great). However, there is a parking lot across the street that does not tow. The house has a washer and dryer included as well as 2 refrigerators. The house is also dog and cat friendly!

The 3 people that will still be living here are all female college students. They would prefer a college aged female roommate but are open. The roommates remaining do not have any pets. Everyone is active, outdoorsy and open to new experiences. Currently, we are kind of set in a routine with chore charts and assigned laundry days. However, the remaining roommates are flexible and open to different ideas. They all love animals and would be more than happy for new pets to move in!
