3. Stay home most time to watch home, go outside when owner came back

2. Can pass background check by the condo, the HOA is not that nice, so nothing can be picked on.
3. Prefer male because need energy to clean home, but if you have energy like male, female is fine too
4. Do not need resume, working experience as far as you are a trustworthy person.
