Looking for one roommate to move into my townhome!

All shared living areas are already furnished, so you only need to bring stuff for your bed and bath. Pets may be allowed depending on type, temperament, size, etc.

The townhome is located in a new neighborhood right off of President George Bush Toll Road, so you have easy access to the highway. The neighborhood is also right next to the Station in Sachse, so it is in a developing area with more shopping and entertainment being built currently.

One month deposit is required upon move-in.

Currently, it’s just me in this townhome. I work from home half the time, and enjoy playing videos games in my spare time! I’m also into cooking and run a side hustle from my house. If you’re into aquariums, we’ll get along great!
