I’m looking for a roommate to join me in a 2 BR/2 Bath apartment right next to Denver Tech Center. It’s at Griffis Bellview Station (https://griffisresidential.com/properties/belleview-station/). We’d share an apartment with a garage, granite countertops, year-round heated community pool & hot tub, gym, yoga room with A/V classes, two dog parks within short walking distance, easy access to Highline Canal, short walk to light rail, walking distance to restaurants great, Orange Theory, salon, waxing, and more. Food trucks frequently set up Friday evenings nearby. The place has 2 storage closets in addition to the double-length garage. Appliances include the regulars plus washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. Being at the junction of I-25 and I-225, the location is about 20 minutes to nearly any place in the Denver Metro. Price? Current 12 month lease is $2426 / 2 = $1213 for each of us. May rent & utilities was $1268 each. You’re taking over my previous roommate’s part of the lease which ends in September 2024. At that point we’d talk about if we want to continue the lease. My roommate is trying to move in May, so the space is available almost immediately.

I’m a cleaner-than-average high school teacher, video gamer, and tabletop board gamer (like D&D). I oscillate between being very busy and frequently going out in evenings and weekends to staying home quite a bit. I’m an introvert, so I definitely need my own space to recharge, especially after a long day of people-ing.
