🏡 Roommate Wanted! 🏡 1 Room for rent in a 3bedroom/2.5 bath condominium

$750/month: includes ALL utilities 🫶🏻 (water, WiFi, electricity)

• $750/month covers rent, all utilities, WiFi, weekly cleaning of shared areas by long term housekeeper, and 1 assigned outdoor parking space or garage parking (2 car garage, so depending on your vehicle size you could park it with mine in the garage)
• I’m the only other occupant (along with my dog)
• You’ll get to hang out with my sweet black lab, Pepper! She’s a cuddle bug, very sweet, so if you like dogs, you’ll love her.

I am looking for a female roommate to share a cozy space in North Jackson near County Line Road.

The room for rent is standard size with 2 large windows for a ton of natural lighting along with a private full bathroom. The area is extremely quiet despite the busy location around. The home is near Northpark mall, several shops, and popular restaurants.

Nearby colleges: Belhaven University is an 11 minute drive Millsaps College is a 12 minute drive Jackson State University is a 16 minute drive Mississippi College is a 22 minute drive

Not required at all but would love it if: You’re also interested in being friends, going out to local places, gym, etc! You’d be willing to pet sit on rare occasions, for pay You’re in your 20s/early 30s!

A little about me: 23, Female Full-time employee Part-time student (online), majoring in Creative Writing I enjoy reading, writing, movies, music, and other hobbies along these lines. I am more introverted than extroverted.
