Bright, spacious room available for rent from May 31 to July 31, with an option to extend the lease from August 1 to May 31, 2025. Ideal for SBU male students.
Features include a semi-private bathroom, in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, large living space, new appliances, and a sizable backyard with a grill. Located just 10 minutes from campus in South Setauket/Port Jefferson Station.
Rent is $1000/month plus utilities. The room can come semi-furnished with a one-year-old full-size mattress and frame upon request. I currently comfortably fit a large couch, two bookshelves, a desk, and a full-size bed.
