Big open lawn, lots of room to park, basement for storage, 1-3 minutes from parkway entrances north and south, 20 minutes to the beach and close access to many restaurants and shopping plazas, the expected rent cost may fluctuate slightly with seasonal demands (ac and nat gas)
About the roomies
Very accommodating and easy going! Two avid 420 friendly guys in our early thirties. Looking for roomate interested in joining the lease for a 12 month term. Only rules are to clean up after yourself and no parties, we try to limit guests to no more than two at a time and are also considerate of our sleeping schedules. We look forward to meeting you!!
