Please read before sending a message. Move-in date negotiable. I picked July 6th because I’m out of the state for the month of June. Security is one months rent.

Bedrooms are all on the top floor of the townhouse - end unit, next to forest. This is a rental and I am the primary lease holder. Person who rents the room would be added to the lease as an occupant. I am in the process of renewing the lease for 2 years starting July 1st.

What you are renting, 1 bedroom and the main bathroom. You will have access to the house such as kitchen, dining, and living room, and laundry room is in the basement. Utilities are included in rent. You can be added to the pool pass if desired.

There is a second bedroom currently being used as a meditation/yoga/quiet room that can be emptied. Rent for both rooms would be $1200. (Closet is not ideal to hang clothes, but good for storage.)

There is a garage and a patio.

Ideal roommate would be a single female or LGBTQ male. Quiet, clean, friendly, keeps to self mostly. Non-smoking.

It is important that the home is a quiet safe space to exist and relax. Minimal visits from outside guests and please no overnight guest unless they are vetted.

There is currently a male cat in the house. He will be moving, but I am not sure when. I am open to cats, but not while he is living in the house. He does not like other cats. He loves people though and will want to be your friend.

Bedroom and bathroom will be thoroughly cleaned before move in.

Professional female. 51 years old. Mental health therapist. I work long hours Monday through Wednesday. I am home on Thursdays. Work Friday. Home on weekends. When I am home, I am usually relaxing or doing chores. Active social life outside of the home, so I am out often on the weekends. I am working towards minimalism. There is not a lot of “stuff” in the home. I rarely have people to the house. If I do, I would inform the roommate. Occasionally, my adult children will visit for short periods, but not stay overnight.
