The yard is large enough to accommodate BBQ’s and puppies and more. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, hardwood floors upstairs and pet friendly tile downstairs (pet rent is $35/month for the first pet and $15 per additional pet). Ideal candidates won’t mind that we are a Smoke free, drug free home. There are a couple of options right now. You can rent one (standard) room for 675/month or one (master) room for $750/month.
