Elm Street

The bedroom is a large 11x13 bedroom with a shared bathroom, but currently the bathroom will only be used by you. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. The choice is yours. The detached single family home is located in a quiet neighborhood with newly remodeled kitchen, new flooring, new HVAC (the heating and air look really well), a large fenced yard, plenty of parking and washer and dryer in the attached 2 car garage. There are also 2 living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. (We’ll upload more pictures soon).

Currently, there are 2 of us living in the house. One female business professional worker with a dog and cat. One male entrepreneur. Both of us are in our late 20s.
