3 bed 2 bath apartment in Federal Way off of SW Campus Drive, Pavillion apartment complex.

Apartment is fully furnished except for your own private room and bath. It is on the 3rd floor.

Plenty of parking, neighbors are super great and quiet and the neighborhood is very family friendly.

It will only be me living there, with you for a total of 2.

I am a 25 year old Cybersecurity Engineer, I am at work from 8-5 M-F. I have two tiny dogs whom I may plan on moving with me if the circumstances permit (they currently live with my parents). I have a girlfriend who will spend the night roughly once a week.

I am a very clean and quiet person. My previous roommate is leaving to live with his parents to save more money, he can attest to our relationship.

The apartment is fully furnished and the complex is pretty secured. I have ring cameras setup outside.

If interested I will be performing a background/credit/income verification. The apartment complex will also preform one as well. You’ll get to see the report on me as well. I have no criminal/financial past and can provide great references.

I do not tolerate drugs, weed included.
