A nice townhouse located in Irondale with friendly neighbors, about 15 minutes away from five points, bars, and other hot spots in Birmingham! Couples are welcome, you’d be renting basically the whole house instead of just the master bedroom since I tend to keep to myself in my room or occasionally on the deck! You’d have full access to the garage for your personal use, parking for guests is limited to street parking. Room can come fully furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs, the rest of the house is fully furnished. You’d have your own bathroom but we have to temporarily share a shower just until it gets fixed. All utilities are included in the rent price, the house is pet friendly, I already have 3 cats so if you have pets all I ask is that they’re friendly towards cats! Couples are welcome!

Currently living in the house by myself with 3 cats, I’m very much queer and a leftist, all of the cats are incredibly sweet and cuddly. I tend to keep to myself and don’t have tons of people over other than my partner every now and then. The house is a bit eclectic in color scheme and decorations, with purple and green walls as well as oddities and tons of nerdy stuff scattered through out!
