Taylor's room

Unfortunately I was bit by a Lyme tick and need to live closer to the treatment center. My beloved room will be available June 1st (late afternoon). This charming trailer is tucked away up a small mountain near the Fireplace restaurant. You’ll have your own room, a bathroom with a shower and tub, common area, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer and driver, and a backyard with a beautiful view.

The bedroom includes a large, comfy bed; this belongs to the landlord and cannot be moved.

There is parking available for one car, and visitors can park on the side of the driveway.

Month to month but roommate would prefer at least a 45 day notice. My space will be professionally cleaned before I move. 600 for rent and around 150 to 200 for utilities (usually higher during winter).

Overall, preferably a roommate between the ages of 23 to 29 with a full time job.

My roommate is a 25 almost 26 year old male who works at CBD store, he’s social but enjoys his alone time.
