There are two rooms available in our beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home. The house was built in 2021, has vaulted ceilings, tons of natural light throughout the house and all new appliances.

Amenities within our neighborhood include two separate gyms less than 5 minutes away as well as two pool areas with cabanas and jacuzzis. It’s a really nice neighborhood and everything is brand new.

You have access to anything and everything in the house(washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, loft, guest bedroom). There are no odd rules about overnight guests or times you can use the kitchen. We just ask that you and anyone you bring to the home is chill and most importantly, respectful.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. One of the bedrooms is about 120 square feet with a regular closet and the other is about 140 square feet with a walk-in closet. There are two options for renting.

Option 1: We rent both rooms out and those tenants share the bathroom upstairs. The larger bedroom for $900/month and the smaller bedroom for $800/month

Option 2: We rent out the larger bedroom for $1200 month and that tenant has the bathroom to theirself. No guests will use that bathroom it will be their bathroom only. We will keep the smaller bedroom as a guest bedroom/office space.

The bathroom has a shower/tub, dual sinks and a really nice toilet : D

We are stable, working professionals in our early thirties. My name is Jacob and I’m 33 years old. I’m on the road traveling about 1.5-2 weeks each month for work. The other roommate, Andres, is 31 and has a girlfriend that visits.

We’re super chill/TRUSTWORTHY people looking for someone to match our energy. 6 month lease minimum, male or female, it does not matter.
