Valerie's room

Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom two bathroom in a luxury apartment building in South Evanston. The building has in unit washer/dryer, indoor lounge area, outdoor deck, exercise room, and other great amenities. I am currently living in the building in a one bedroom, and it is getting increasingly expensive to live on my own. Thus, I am hoping to cut down on monthly costs by sharing an apartment. This building in withing walking to distance CTA and Metra stops, Walgreens, and some restaurants and shops. It is a smoke-free community.

I am 55 years old, divorced, with two adult children. I have a cat, and a boyfriend who comes to visit on weekends. I am quiet, I work full time, and mainly like to take walks, sit outside in nice weather, read, and watch Netflix! My current lease expires in October, but that might be able to be broken if I sign a new lease in building. So move in date might be flexible. There are great two bedroom two bathroom floor plans available in this building that will be able to give us ample space and privacy.
