There are two bedrooms available. ONE person per room. An occasional overnight guest is allowed (see lease agreement for details). NO PETS. Room One: 13.3 X 9.5 with full closet. Rent: $700 Room Two: 10.11 X 9.3 with half closet. Rent: $650 IF A RENTER wishes to rent BOTH rooms, then the rent would be discounted to $1250. NO SMOKING/VAPING Both rooms have new carpet/Hunter fans (W/remotes) and are keyed individually. Newly furnished with new mattresses, bedframes, space-saving dressers, and bedside tables. All bed linens and towels are provided. There is a small fenced back yard, off street parking, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to use to cook. brand new fridge with gas oven with microwave. There is a spare fridge and freezer down stairs for additional food storage. Please use responsibly. These rooms share a generous bathroom with a deluxe shower head in the shower/tub. Dedicated living room for roommates with couch and TV. Shared laundry and kitchen. These rooms are located in a quiet townhome community (Trout Run). Quick access to 81. It is approximately 20 minutes to Winchester, 22 minutes to Martinsburg, and about 25 minutes to Charlestown. There is guest parking throughout the community. I have water and gas bills reflecting my average usage with previous renter. If my water and gas exceed my average, then it will be paid by the roommate(s), rental terms: six month, or one-year lease. I’m a quiet guy. I have two cats who tend to stay away from visitors. It would be nice if you were a cat guy/girl. Other than my two kitties, I do not want any other pets. I am looking for another quiet resident who is drug-free. Roomie is required to pick up after him/her selves. I’m happy to share cookware and dishes. I have a large table and hanging rack near the laundry for the roomie’s ability to sort laundry. Great rental situation for a college student.
