We are a family of 3 looking to rent out a bedroom. You will be sharing our home with myself, my husband, 18 year old daughter and 2 dogs. We live in a great neighborhood close to everything and across the street from Sierra College. Everything is included in your rent. We are a quiet family who like to entertain from time to time. Your room will be upstairs away from the hustle and bustle. You will share a bathroom with my daughter and occasional guests. We have occasional guests stay in our downstairs bedroom through Airbnb.
