About the room
2000 square foot townhouse. Big, unused family room downstairs where the available room is. Room comes with bed, bed frame, night stane, dresser, lamp. Upstairs has the shared kitchen space. We keep that tidy. Washer and dryer are downstairs as well. Bathroom downstairs is shared and also kept tidy. Small kitten (3mo old) in the house. NO ADDITIONAL PETS.
About the roomies
My roommate and i are 29 and 30. We both work full time and generally keep to ourselves. Both of us are gamers, so regularly hang out in our own rooms. Occasionally get loud when watching movies or playing games. Looking for someone who is mature, responsible, and respectful of personal property and privacy. Rent is 850/mo plus tour share of electric, gas, and internet. No cable at this time, and water/sewer/garbage are paid by landlord.
