About the room
Lovely home near Main Street with large yard. Large bedroom available. I have a few rooms due to my children growing up and moving into their own abodes. Not quite ready to sell so I thought a student rental would work. The home has 2 full baths so the student would have access to one with shared laundry room/part of bathroom and a small refrigerator and microwave for their use.
