Safe gated neighborhood with a lot of nearby plazas/stores, 3 minutes from the Buena Park Beach/La Mirada intersection. House is spacious and you’ll be getting the bigger room that my current roommate is leaving. Unfortunately the main bathroom is shared but there is a half bathroom downstairs. You can use the kitchen as you please. There’s a community tennis court and pool/jacuzzi and you’ll have your own reserved parking. The laundry room is a 10 second walk from the house.

I work a remote job at home and keep the place clean. I don’t mind pets or if you bring guests/partner as long as you’re respectful and not overly loud. Looking for a professional or someone who stays busy and is clean and respectful.
