Isis's room

Hello, I’ve been living in this townhome for about two years. It’s a cute old place. Probably around 1,100 sqft. Shared bathroom. Sizeable living room, dining room and kitchen. The place is right by NW 23rd and in Goose Hollow. The house is entirely furnished, but very open to changing decor with someone new– but there’s no need to buy stuff for the house itself. The room available would be empty but I could help furnish.

The place is super great and I would love to show people around it. Feel free to reach out to me about details. The move-in date is flexible just has to be before September. My current roommate wants to move out of state this summer but is willing to keep paying rent till I find someone new.

Laundry is not included. There’s shared laundry between a few houses–I have a way of getting for free though. There’s also a storage unit in the basement.

I would like someone who is willing to sign the lease with me. for that reason, I would want to have some extensive hangouts with the person to make sure we get along.

I’m the only person who will probably be living there. At the moment I have a friend crashing in my room, but that’ll probably not be the case soon- if it is rent would be split 3 ways.

As for me, I’m 19 years old currently getting my BA in English at PSU. I value spending times with friends and I would like to ideally be friends with whoever I room with.
