Bonnie's room

5 bedroom house in the Highgrove area. Bedroom is upstairs and faces the street with a large window. There is an outside fire pit, furnished shared spaces, free street parking, and fruit trees in the backyard. The house is about 12 minutes from UCR and 15 minutes from RCC. All utilities are included and roommates will pitch in for optional shared items, such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc. Females are preferred. Landlord prefers no pets but under some conditions, cats may be allowed. Room will be available June 1.

I am 25 years old and have lived here since September 2023. Ages in the house range from 23 to 35. Everyone living here is female and works various schedules. Generally, the house is pretty quiet and kept clean. We keep a rotating cleaning schedule, and everyone is easy to communicate with. Interview with other roommates will be necessary prior to signing lease.
