Private bedroom and bathroom with walk-in closet available in specious nearly 1600 square foot apartment. The apartment also includes a shared office space. The unit is on the third floor but there’s only one flight of stairs because you walk onto the second floor. The rent includes all utilities except for electricity.

I work full time during the day and keep to myself in the evenings. I’m very laidback, peaceful, and quiet. I clean up after myself, but I’m not a neat freak.
