Strafford Avenue

This room is plenty bigger than a dorm room, has a nice central window, comes with a big fan and a fridge, free electricity and water, and is only a seven-minute walk from downtown, campus, and the train station. There’s also a kitchen on the first floor and a small community area to relax.

Also! I have included photos first of what the room looks like empty, but you are WELCOME to keep any furniture I currently own, including the bed, desk, chair, shelves, etc., shown in the later photos, as they will likely all be thrown out otherwise! (The room is furnished in its current state.)

It’d be just you! The apartment building is usually empty during the summer so you can do as you like, play music, and have friends over. I’m looking for someone to cover as much of my lease until August 31st as possible, and I am available to move out as soon as tomorrow! If you want to stay past August 31st, you would have no trouble starting your own lease at that point.
