Females only. Private room with shared bath in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house in north Fort Collins near Mulberry and Timberline. One bedroom available for sublease June 1st-August 1st with the option to renew a year lease in August.

I am the current tenant - 30 female work from home Monday-Friday making phone calls and gone most evenings, so if you work outside the home during the week, that would be an ideal set up. Looking for responsible adults. Your bathroom is shared with the other tenant, a 25-year old female. We are not into the party scene, but do have friends over for game nights occasionally. Calm pets are okay, but I would want to meet them first.
