Looking for a lowkey, nonsmoking, lgbtqia+ friendly, responsible roommate (no couples) for 2nd bedroom in 2b/2b condo in north park. Must be cat friendly, I have 1 cat, sorry no more pets. Home is fully furnished (I’m open to changes if you have things you’d like to swap out), bedroom can be furnished as well. Attic storage and some garage storage, on site laundry shared between the 8 units here in the complex. Short 10-15 min walk to get to 30th/university.
