My roommate is moving back to New York after a year of living together, I originally met her through a craigslist ad and will be sad to see her go - so I’m looking for a new roommate!

About the apartment: -The entire apartment is 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom -2,100 square feet (pretty spacious with it’s own private entrance up the stairs) -Private washer + Dryer in the back of the apartment -1 tandem parking spot for you included in the back it is not covered but it’s easily accessible from the back entrance of the apartment - street parking is also pretty easy Large balcony w/ plenty of seating 2nd story loft-style lovely 1920’s building with only 3 other units - neighbors are nice Walking distance to hollywood bowl (it can get loud since it’s next to the street and the concert goers)

About the room: Furnished - Queen bed + frame + dresser Large 52“ TV + Apple TV Closet space + additional closet space outside the room also available full kitchen access w/ all appliances full living room access Window air conditioning

About the roommate (s) you’ll be sharing the apartment with: I’m a 27 year old female working full time in advertising in-office / some days WFH I’m very flexible and looking to make the situation as comfortable as possible for everyone I’m actually traveling quite a bit lately and my younger sister (25) would be staying in my room, she currently works nearby 7 days a week 10 am - 7 pm (which is why the rent is discounted - the price for this room would normally go for $1200) My IG: thecaptainnat

Monthly Bills: Deposit: $1,100 Month to month rent - with a 30 day move out notice and you will get back deposit, if you tell my any later I might have to keep deposit if I don’t find anyone in time but will always do my best to work it out. Utilities: split amongst 3 people evenly is $100 usually per month - BUT if I see the bills go higher for any reason we shall split the difference equally! (utilities here are higher because it’s a fourplex building an not a huge multi-unit building where they’re usually cheaper) gas and power (AC) is what could change if someone is home most of the day

Who are we looking for: Move in anytime between May 16th and June 1st Female - twenties or thirties Prefer someone who is EASY GOING, no drama, clean and has stable income, no overnight boy guests more than 1x week with past roommate references / verifiable work Doesn’t own a ton of stuff! lol No smoking inside Open to 1 other pet…depending on type etc!
