Cameron's room

I am currently renting out 3 bedrooms at my home. The house is 1.9 miles from the ASU Tempe campus down south rural and has a 3-car garage and pool. There are currently 3 rooms available, two of the rooms share a bathroom, rent for both is $800 per month not including utilities. The third room has its own bathroom with rent being $900 per month not including utilities which are typically around $175-$200.
