This is a great townhouse located in South East Boise with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It’s a new unit, so kitchen, rooms, bathrooms, etc…are all updated and have been well maintained the past two years I have lived here. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that’s about 7 minutes from downtown Boise and five from BSU. Parks nearby and access to the greenbelt(if you don’t mind a little bit of a walk).

The room available is a spacious master with an ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closet. The kitchen and living room are shared but there’s plenty of space for two!

Hi there! My name is Bethany, and I am currently looking for a roommate! It’s just me in the space, so no worries about a third roomie. I work as a documentary producer in the non-profit sector, and I travel a good deal, especially in the late summer and early fall. I’m an avid gym goer, love cooking home meals, and have begun to really enjoy the outdoors here in Idaho.

I’m a pretty low-maintenance roommate. I keep my space and all common areas clean. I’m really big on communication and don’t mind confrontation. I’m somewhat of a homebody, but I’m usually out and about a few nights a week. I love game nights and movie nights! In terms of relationship with a roommate, we don’t need to be best friends, but I would like to get to know you and hopefully become friends if we live together!
