About the room
AVA Toluca Hills is in Toluca Hills/Burbank right next to Warner Brothers Studios & Universal. It’s minutes away from the 101, 134, and 5 freeways. There are two full gyms, 2 different pool/hot tub areas, study rooms, tennis court, basketball court, sand volley court, our door lounge areas & grills. There’s also a super convenient store located right outside my building inside the complex. Complex is secured by 24/h security guards and is a gated community. My unit has a washer & dryer. I’ve been here for 3 years and feel so safe & love how close I am to Hollywood but also far enough away.
About the roomies
Hi, I’m a working actress with a small 17 year old Maltese who’s super energetic, named Pearl. I usually shoot my tapes in the living room during the day or am working 14 hour days on set. I am looking for someone to add on to a year lease who has a stable job. Also looking for someone who is considerate, LOVES dogs, who is clean and respectful of space. Rent doesn’t include Utility bills or wifi. Electricity bill varies depending on ac/heater use and it paid every 2 months. I am a Christian as well and would love to find a roomie that shares faith but not a requirement :) I don’t smoke and prefer someone who doesn’t either. I am super focused on my career so I do go to bed early and get up pretty early. I am friendly but also like to keep to myself. I would like someone who cares about animals and am open to small dogs. My current roomie and I have lived together for 2 years and have had ZERO problems. We mostly kept to ourselves but also had very great communication and a healthy & kind roommate relationship. She’s recently married and on to her next chapter.
