Hi, I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom in my two bedroom apartment by May 25th. We would co-sign on the lease and share the space.

Rent will be $1,350 monthly Utilities will be $150 monthly

I cover the high speed internet bill, Netflix and Crunchy Roll separately, you’re free to use.

Here are some details about the space: Two Bedrooms One shared Bathroom Very large living room, dining room and kitchen I have two cats, they are very sweet boys. Unfortunately the landlord will not allow any additional cats or dogs. You would have your own parking space and access to every room besides my bedroom. We have a nice balcony that can be accessed from your bedroom. Your bedroom has decent sized a closet.

My name is Kat, I am a 26 year old working professional who works from home doing contracting for pharmaceutical companies. I’m a quiet homebody who enjoys peaceful afternoons and reading. I love to cook, draw and paint.

Preferably looking for a female roommate around my age who likes cats. Feel free to reach out or text me with any questions. I am available to do walkthroughs of the space all week as well.
