My townhouse is near Brewery Vivant / Maru and I have 2 different (optionally furnished, $1200 each) rooms for rent! Both include their own private full bathrooms, walk-in closets, all utilities, internet, and free laundry. One (first 5 pics) includes a jetted tub, and the other (second 9 pics) has a private adjoining office (optional desk). There is also a spacious common area (remaining pics), a fenced in patio with a grill, and free off-street parking. I’m happy to reimburse the background check cost on signed lease.
