Big room, unfurnished, patio out in the back, near Lincoln Rd and the beach, I would say it’s a spacious apartment. Room in the Pic is furnished but that’s bc my sister hasn’t moved out yet

I live here with my sister but she is moving out so there is an extra room. Looking for a roommate that’s 420 friendly, I have a small dog and I pet sit occasionally so they have to like dogs. My idea roommate would be someone around my age (30) and we can basically be friends! I’m chill! Looking for someone trustworthy too. Let’s have a movie night and snacks and just chill. I’ve had roommates in the past that it was so awkward being home wheb they were home and I do NOT WANT THAT. I’m sure you don’t want that either haha
