Zachary's room

Hello! This is a outer sunset home currently with the big room open for a new roommate. The room is about 14 feet by 10 feet with two closets. There is a big backyard and plenty of street parking.

We are looking for a roommate that is independent, has their own goals they are pursuing , and can be a reliable for their portion of housework and bills.

Zack I am a visual artist who also works at a few different venues in San Francisco. I am usually busy in the garage that I use as a visual art studio and sometimes on the road for weeks at a time.

Mark Mark is musician in a few different San Francisco bands. He is a huge fan of synth keyboards and is in his roomate making music most of the time.
