Hello possible future roomie/roomies!
I am currently living in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house, my current roommate is moving out so i am looking to get 1-2 new people in here! Preferably two due to it making rent significantly cheaper.
About me: I am a dog groomer and love all animals! I have 1 dog and 3 cats. I am tidy and quiet but love to spend time with people as well so would love to build up a friendship with new roommates. The animals i know sound like a hassle but they are all very sweet. Im very laid back, they will give you many snuggles from a long day I am understanding as well and hope to find likeminded people!
Animals: I know everyone has an animal these days, the landlord is a pretty lax guy, currently there are two dogs in the house as well as the cats but one dog will be leaving, so if you have a dog that’s good with cats and dogs i’d love for our dogs to be friends/live together! Unfortunately no more kitties.
The rooms available: I am using the photos from the rental ad due to the rooms being used right now, but they are both the same size, both have good sized closets as well. I currently have the larger room due to me having all the animals but it is not much larger in size.
Rent: Currently the houses rent in total is 2050.00. If both bedrooms can be filled, rent would be pretty low at around 640.00 per person(i am not opposed to couples) if only one other person takes a room then it is 1043.00 per person per month.

I’m a dog groomer so am pretty low key of a human, i want some roomies who want to yes pay roomies, but also be friends. If you have a doggo or cat, getting their nails done is free 🤷🏻♀️
