Private room located in a quiet neighborhood in Cameron Park. Located minutes away from Hwy 50. The back deck overlooks a green belt. Rent includes use of all public areas and mostly private bathroom (used by rare guests). Room is 10x 12 ft with closet. Utilities are $150/ month. Freshly painted with new blinds installed! I am seeking a clean, quiet, respectful person to rent. Must be employed or going to school. No smoking, partying, or drugs please.

I’m a professional woman living with my 7yr old son. I work weekdays during typical hours. My partner stays here most nights as well. We also have 2 sweet cats so please no other pets.
