This room is the master bedroom which has it’s own private bathroom and spacious closet. The interior of the house was completely remodeled about 5 years ago. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are all in great condition. Safe and quiet area with neighborhood watch. Very close to Cal State Dominguez Hills and Dignity Health Sports Park. Also, a reasonable commute to CSULB. Grocery stores nearby (4 min drive). Neighboring city to Long Beach and Torrance, great city to live in to be conveniently close to those two cities. Common areas include living room, dining room, yard and kitchen. House is also near two major hospitals which is great for any healthcare professionals.
Everybody in the house seems to keep to themselves as they spend majority of their times in their rooms. All of the roommates are friendly and easy to get along with. All of roommates are respectful to each other. Currently, one roommate works full-time as hybrid (half of the week work from home and other half go into office) and the other roommate is a student at CSUDH.
