There is 1 unfurnished room left. This is a month to month lease. This is a DUPLEX. I, the owner live on the top floor and I am renting out Floor 1 by the room. Currently there are 2 other roomates that work full time. Happy environment. Background check includes violent felonies/sex offenders and theft only. No credit check.
