Amanda's room

Great for travel nurses, students or interns, private furnished room and bath. Semi private entry. This is a large 2700sq foot home in a nice suburban neighborhood. You would have your own room with a private bath located in the room. This is the only room downstairs. The room is fully furnished with queen bed, dresser, 2 night stands and TV. All utilities included in rent plus access to YouTube TV, streaming services, internet. Located in southern San Diego County, close to public transportation and local hospitals.

Family atmosphere. Living in the house is one male and one female adult and our 9 year old son. We are professionals who work remotely from home. One in healthcare staffing and the other in social services. We are very busy on the weekends and most evenings taking our son to various activities.
