Hi! I have lived at this apartment for 2 years and am looking for a new wonderful roommate when it is time to renew the lease. It has it’s own private yard that I have planted a great veggie garden in. I have furniture in the living room/dining room and kitchen supplies we can share. Can provide you with a Queen sized bed if you’d like, otherwise the room will be unfurnished. The pictures show the room you would have - it is set up as an office right now, but will moved out by the time you get here. Both bedrooms are same size. Shared bathroom. Willing to consider a dog and/or hypoallergenic cat. You would pay the extra monthly pet renting fee, otherwise would split rent and utilizes. It’s a great spot out here! I’m a professional and love my career. I’m in my early thirties. I got a million hobbies and I really just enjoy life! I keep the place really clean.
