Summer Sublet in Watertown-May-August 11th We are seeking a female roommate for the master room in our Watertown apartment this summer. Ideally, we’d be looking for someone to move in anytime during May until the end of the lease on August 11th but we are flexible! The room can come furnished with a bureau and rug if interested. ⭐️Location: River Park Apartments in Watertown ⭐️About the apartment: The unit is 3 bed 2 bath (with a den). The available unit is the master bedroom ($1250/month). The bedroom also has an adorable small outdoor patio overlooking the courtyard with lots of ☀️. There is in unit washer/dryer and utilities are typically around $25/per person a month, electric typically ranges from $50-$65/per person a month, gas is typically $10/per person a month, WiFi is $11.67/per person a month. ⭐️ Highlights: Super close to the idyllic Charles River walkway which extends to the Charles River Esplanade, and walking distance to a few local spots such as Tatte, Dunkin’, Bar ‘Cino, etc. and a less than 10 minute drive to Arsenal shopping center and multiple grocery stores. We are also walking distance to Watertown Square bus terminal. Lots of green space. There is free street parking for guests - we never have had an issue finding street parking. There is also a large grassy area and dog park next to our building. Because there will always be animals in the house, our ideal roommate would share our love for animals. ⭐️ A little bit about us: Christie - 32 years old, working professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Enjoys going to the gym and hanging out with her dog. Lacey is a 6 year old 11 pound Pomeranian who is super friendly, well trained, loves to play with her stuffed toys, and loves to snuggle. Lacey lives in the house full time. Corinne- 30 years old working in Framingham as a occupational therapist. Enjoys walks around the Charles and yoga. Occasionally will bring her family’s dog over for a few days at a time. Benny is a 4 year old, 18 pound Westie who is super friendly and loves to snuggle.
