The apartment is walking distance and prime location; Walking distance to supermarket, diner, library, gyms, yoga/pilates, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Dollar Tree, Bus stop and more.

The bathroom is a professional like real clean every day, shared with me, a clean neat girl who works in the mortgage field. Kitchen is large and spacious newly upgraded. Laundry is on premise.

There are no overnight male guests allowed.

Rent is 1000 and security deposit is 500. The room has brand new blinds, freshly painted walls, gleaming hard wood floors, and a nice size closet and right next to the bathroom. You get half the cabinet space in the bath.
