Located in a quiet area walking distance from Greensboro College and UNCG. Private room available in a house with shared bathroom and in-unit washer dryer! Available room is spacious with plenty of natural light. Property has central heat/air. Utilities and internet are not included in the rent.

I am a female graduate student at UNCG in search of another graduate student or working professional to share the property with. I have an indoor cat who is very friendly and I travel a couple months out of the year for work.
