Edgetree Condominiums is a quiet little neighborhood in Salmon Creek with private roads and well kept lawns and trees. My unit faces a forest area, so it feels more private. It’s close to Fred Meyer, Starbucks, and both freeways (among other places). You’ll have your own bedroom and your own bathroom. I have a washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and fridge. There is heat and air conditioning. Rent includes full-time use of the one-car garage, utilities, electricity, and internet.

I am 32 years old. I work as a paralegal, 7-5 on Mondays and Thursdays and generally 9-5 Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, though it varies. I’m usually at home when I’m not working. I enjoy reading, dancing, yoga, doing outsides stuff occasionally, and watching shows and movies. I love a lot of genres, especially fantasy, horror, and anything sad. I’m always up for making new friends, so I would love to hang out and get to know you, if you want to. I also like to keep the house on the colder side, but I’m willing to discuss. I also have a cat, over whom I have no control, so she will be on the counters and in your room (unless you close the door). Unfortunately, she does not like dogs or other cats. She might be shy at first, but she’s very friendly and playful.
