About the room
Property is 850sqft and total rent is 1,700. I cover half 850. There is a small backyard, full sized kitchen, on site parking and a “garage.” Room mate will have their own private bedroom. Bathroom is shared and so is the living room. Internet is 1GBps with cybersecurity principles applied. I need this filled ASAP before July 2024.
You must pay water/sewage and garbage. I cover internet and electricity.
About the roomies
No smoking preferred. Must have match vibes. Landlords wont accept pets, but will make an exception due to how urgent we need the contract filled. Will conduct an interview if serious inquiry.
