The apartment is 4 person shared(3 male students are already residing) with each person having their own private bathroom. This place is pre furnitured with a kitcken, in unit laundry, a balcony, and a storage unit. This location of this place is very close to MSU, so walking isn’t timely. If something breaks in the apartment, maintenance handles it and it wont cost a dime. All utilities are included in the rent with no extra fees.
