I am easy going, like to cook healthy food, go hiking, I am an accomplished marathon distance walker, 420 friendly, I have a small older dog under 15 pounds. We are clean and spend a lot of time out and about, but would also love someone to hang out with at home sometimes. I’m an empty nester, my kids are 25 and 20 and no longer live at home. I am redesigning my 700 square foot one bedroom condo to have micro rooms, and I would like to rent out the actual room which is very large with a walk in closet. There would be shared bathroom and shared kitchen. The street is permit parking.
