We’re looking for 1 or 2 people to take over a room in a 2 bedroom-2 bathroom apartment, as two of our housemates are moving out in May. My girlfriend and I are in one of the rooms, and we also have another housemate staying in a curtained-off portion of the living room. We’re ideally looking for students to fill the room. Note that this is a month-to-month lease. Rent:

• $582 for a double room (per person, plus utilities) OR
• $1164 for a single room (plus utilities)

We are all in our mid-20s. I am currently a senior at UCSD for Computer Engineering and my girlfriend travels frequently for work and any other free time we have is spent out exploring/traveling. Our housemate in the living room works full time and is usually reading with headphones on, going to the theatres, or hanging out with friends.

We can provide references from people we’ve lived with before. If you’re interested, you’ll need to be open to a face-to-face video call with us.
