Hi! My roommates and I are looking for a fourth to join us at a townhome (upscale living flagstaff) 10-minute drive from the NAU campus. It would be your own bedroom but a shared bathroom. The rent for the room would be $700 plus utilities a month. There’s an in-housing laundry unit and garage spot, but partially furnished, so you would need to furnish your own bedroom. Preferably looking for a female but we’re good with whoever, age range 19-24. The lease starts August 1st, 2024 and ends July 20205. Let us know if you’d like to join ASAP!
