Hi there! Looking for a move in roomate to take over my bedroom and private bathroom. This apartment has an in unit washer and dryer included and full size kitchen. I am willing to leave the entire apartment fully furnished, with the exception of bedroom furniture, for anyone who can take over the remainder of my portion of the lease. The apartment complex has two pools, a jacuzzi, cooking areas, full gym included in the rent, and more. Near many great restaurants and bars and only 8 minutes from downtown Ventura driving. The complex is also pet friendly for all animals. Trying to move out now or as soon as possible. I can show the room anytime!

The bedroom is big enough for a queen size bed, two night stands, two big dressers, and more. Full size closet.

The other roomate who lives here is a single female who works at a nearby hospital. She is very quiet and friendly. Looking for a roomate who will be the same for her.
